第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex under any education program or activity receiving federal financial aid. Sexual assault and sexual harassment are forms of sex discrimination prohibited by 第九条.
Kettering University is committed to providing a learning, living and working environment free from discrimination.
